Refund Policy for Connection Experiences

A deposit is required to secure your event date and reserve time for planning, menu development, ingredient sourcing, and preparation.

  • Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the scheduled event date are eligible for a 50% refund of the deposit.

  • Cancellations made 29 days or less prior to the scheduled event date are non-refundable.

Examples:

  • If your event is scheduled for June 30 and you cancel on or before May 31, you will receive 50% of your deposit back.

  • If your event is scheduled for June 30 and you cancel on June 1 or later, the deposit is non-refundable.

All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Refunds (when applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days.

By submitting a deposit, the client acknowledges and agrees to this cancellation and refund policy.
