Refund Policy for Connection Experiences
A deposit is required to secure your event date and reserve time for planning, menu development, ingredient sourcing, and preparation.
Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to the scheduled event date are eligible for a 50% refund of the deposit.
Cancellations made 29 days or less prior to the scheduled event date are non-refundable.
Examples:
If your event is scheduled for June 30 and you cancel on or before May 31, you will receive 50% of your deposit back.
If your event is scheduled for June 30 and you cancel on June 1 or later, the deposit is non-refundable.
All cancellations must be submitted in writing. Refunds (when applicable) will be processed within 5–7 business days.
By submitting a deposit, the client acknowledges and agrees to this cancellation and refund policy.
