Physical Product Refund and Exchange Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re happy to help with a return or exchange.

Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the original purchase date.

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Event-Related Product Exception

Products purchased specifically as add-on items for an event fall under our Event Refund Policy and are not eligible for standard product refunds or exchanges. Please review the event policy before purchasing any event-related items.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact us at savanna@savannamckay.com within 30 days of receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

  2. Once your return is approved, you’ll receive instructions for sending your item back.

  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at savanna@savannamckay.com with photos, and we will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
