Collaboration Over Competition: Why I Want to Learn from Other Women
There’s something truly powerful about women coming together and not just to connect, but to collaborate.
As I’ve built this vision and stepped into this season of leading with intention, one thing has become increasingly clear:
I don’t want to be the expert on everything and I don’t think I should be.
What I do want is to create a space where women who are gifted, wise, passionate, and experienced in different areas can come and share what they know so we can all rise together.
Because here’s what I believe to my core: Every woman carries something worth passing on and when we stop competing and start collaborating, the impact multiplies.
The Heart Behind the Collaboration
Whether it’s a class, a workshop, or a cozy gathering, each experience I create will be rooted in the same message:
You are enough as you are and you’re still allowed to grow.
This isn’t about chasing perfection or self-improvement for the sake of hustle.
It’s about learning from women who have lived through it, who carry a story, who want to pour into others not from ego but from overflow. Each class is designed to feel like a breath of fresh air filled with practical insight, warm conversation, and soul-centered encouragement.
The Experts I Dream of Having at my Table
I want to collaborate with women who are walking in their gifts and willing to pull up a chair so others can learn, too.
Here are just a few of the areas where I’d love to invite women in:
Mental health professionals who can speak on boundaries, emotional regulation, or navigating anxiety in motherhood.
Financial coaches who teach budgeting in a way that feels empowering instead of overwhelming.
Creative entrepreneurs who can guide others in writing, storytelling, or starting a small business with purpose.
Holistic practitioners who teach on cycle syncing, gut health, or nervous system support.
Relationship coaches who can lead conversations on marriage, friendships, and healthy communication.
Mothers or educators who can help us support our kids emotionally and spiritually.
Women of faith who can lead us deeper into truth, prayer, and trusting God through the transitions of life.
Craftswomen and artists who could teach us anything from floral arranging to bread baking to photography. Pretty much anything that nourishes our creativity and invites joy back in.
The possibilities are endless and so is the beauty in what we can learn from one another.
An Invitation to Collaborate
If you’re a woman with something on your heart to teach, share, or speak life into, I’d love to partner with you for an upcoming Savor Society event.
Here’s how it works:
I’ll create the space and provide the food. You bring the wisdom.
Together, we’ll offer women a meaningful evening of nourishment both physically and emotionally.
Your story, your expertise, your passion… it could be the exact thing someone in the room needs to hear.
So if this speaks to you and if you’ve ever thought, “I’d love to teach something like this one day…” this might be your moment.
Reach out to me at savanna@savannamckay.com and let’s start dreaming of beautiful gatherings together!
Because together is always better.
And the table is already set.
